Today I present a simple method of cooking a tender and very tasty steak. It may seem trivial, but I love steak prepared this way.

  • meat (pork neck or thighs - I used chicken legs)
  • spices: salt and pepper (optional a chili powder)
  • 2 carrots
  • 5-6 carnations suitable in size
  • fresh parsley

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Steak with garnish of natural potatoes:

All you have to do is clean the meat well, season it with salt and pepper to taste, then put it in a pan with oil and water to cover it. Put the tray in the oven on low heat for about two and a half hours, adding when necessary a glass of water.

Meanwhile, boil the carrots and potatoes in salted water, taking care not to break them, and place them on a plate, hot, only when we serve them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with chopped green parsley.
