How to make plaice fillets with herbs and honey
Prepare a mixture with fresh herbs
In a non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and 3/4 of the chopped herbs and cook for 1 minute.
Lift the garlic clove, add the plaice fillets and cook them for a couple of minutes on each side.
When cooked, add salt and pepper and add a tablespoon of honey to the pan and caramelize the fillets for another minute
Serve the plaice fillets with herbs and honey, sprinkling the dish with the remaining chopped herbs.
